warm greetingwide variety
i was greeted warmly at check-in and found it easy to book parking next to the hotel. i was really surprised when the staff brought a dog bed, blanket, water bowl, and treats since i was travelling with my dog. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious.

the hotel offers table tennis, billiard and other games on the ground floor for entertainment. the gym has modern equipment for workout routines, also guests can use the relaxing spa for massages.. there is a beautiful concert venue available.

the breakfast was good. there were many options available. the skybar had amazing views. it was great. the staff was friendly and helpful. they made check-in easy. the room was clean. it had a stylish design.
The music in common areas was a bit loud. It made conversations difficult.

I was disappointed by some aspects . The room lacked basic amenities. It had no tea or coffee facilities. I also found the bathroom to be lacking because it didn't have curtains, thus offering no privacy from neighboring buildings.

I found a few things lacking. The music was too loud. It was hard to relax. My room needed some attention, I'd say, and the bathroom felt more like a 3-star experience. I missed having basic amenities like cosmetic tissues.

the bed was quite comfortable. i found the room design visually appealing. the hotel's location made exploring nearby attractions fairly easy.
A musty smell greeted me upon arrival. It persisted throughout my stay. breakfast options seemed limited, especially for vegetarians. the small room size made moving around difficult, particularly with luggage.

the hotel interior impressed me. the room had a big window offering a decent view. i enjoyed the bar located on the 17th floor. the breakfast was also great (i liked the variety of options).
i noticed a strong scent in the corridors that triggered my allergies, it was particularly noticeable as i walked in. i sneezed a lot, and my nose felt clogged .

Breakfast offered a wide selection of food, including some very good options. seating was somewhat cramped during busy hours. a separate area in the lobby was designated for sweet breakfast items. the food was beautifully cooked.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the hotel. they allowed me to stay in the pool area between sessions. one staff member brought roses up to my room, as i had purchased them downstairs. daily cleaning kept the rooms tidy.
